Who we are

A farmer-centered idea, born in Sironko.

Founded in 2023 and registered as a community-based organization in 2025, FEMBI exists to support local innovation, resilience and lucrative agribusiness among rural smallholder farmers.

We strengthen farmers to start, operate and sustain profitable agri-enterprises amidst the vagaries of the climate — through mindset-change training, capacity building, experiential learning and partnership.
